印刷产业生态与群聚现象之研究

摘要:
本研究以生态学的角度，从整体环境的观点，探讨印刷产业的技术能力特性及产业群聚的现象，本研究首先分析有关印刷产业技术能力特性，进而综合产业生态与产业群聚现象的相关文献，建立深度访谈的问卷架构，以一个月的时间，带领台湾艺术大学印刷艺术学系四年级18位学生进行与印刷相关公司负责人的深度访问，研究范围包括台北县中和市立德街附近共30家印刷厂商，每次访谈进行时间超过1.5小时以上，过程为求慎重，请求同意录音并誊写成逐字稿，最后再转换为表格进行共同元素的比较分析，研究结果发现印刷产业的技术能力特质造成印刷产业的繁复流程与专业分工，并形成厂商共同聚集的现象。印刷厂商的行为模式阐释了企业为了谋求最高的制程效率与产品效能，自然采取群聚现象以满足必要的分工与合作关系，而印刷产业的发展过程可以适用于生态学的观点予以阐述和说明。
Abstract:
The study was exploring technique
characteristics and its clustering phenomenon of the whole environment of
printing industry from the viewpoint of Ecology. First of all analyzing the
technique characteristics of printing industry was conducted, and then analyzing
the related literature of printing environment and its clustering phenomenon was
proceeded afterwards to construct the structure of questionnaire.
The researcher, accompanied by 18 students from the Graphic-Arts department of
Taiwan Arts University, has conducted visiting more than 30 print industry
business companies around Li-Der Street at Chung-Ho city in Tai-pei County. The
dialogue resulting from more than 1.5 hour visiting with the chairman of
companies has been recorded and transferred into transcript word-by-word;
furthermore, the document was transferred into needed tables to conducted
comparison with common element.
The research conclusion indicated that the complicated procedures and its
division of technique task of printing industry resulted from its
characteristics and resulted in same companies clustering activities in order to
get the most efficiency and profits, this phenomenon could be interpreted and
explained from the viewpoint of Ecology.
